Board Member Change

Per Article V, Section 3 of the Puyallup Highlands Homeowners Association Bylaws, the Board of Directors voted at the regularly scheduled meeting on 3/29/17 to appoint Jacob Johnson, the current Member At Large, to fill the vacant position of Vice President.  Jacob will serve the remainder of the original 2 year term of the previous incumbent with his current term expiring on 06/07/18.
New Associaton Manager

As of Friday, 17 March 2017, our Association Manager with Morris Management, Nick Vos was replaced with Dawn Lower.

Dawn work out of Morris Management's DuPont office and brings with her a wealth of experience in HOA management and real estate.

Parking in the community

Help keep our streets safe and clear by utilizing your driveway/garage for parking, and only utilizing the streets for overflow or temporary guest parking. Please also respect your neighbors by keeping your vehicles in front of your property only. Chronic parking violators may be reported to the City of Puyallup.
